Come in the door and the micronesian workers are screaming talking to each other and standing at the register no one takes my order while they still talk then the filipino lady comes and takes my order

Where do I begin.....BUNS STACKED ON THE GROUND IN THE DINING AREA! I Took photos and reported this to the appropriate authorities.Food cold and disgusting. Unfortunately I ate the food before seeing the stacked buns. Insert vomit emoji here!!!Service was almost as bad as the hygiene standards.Rubbish everywhere in the store, probably due to an overflowing trash can the should of been emptied instead of allowing food scraps and trash to scatter the entire floor!

Truly the King of Burgers. Ice was frozen. Drinks were wet. Bun was bready and fullfilled my wildest carb fueled desires. Beef was beefy and fries were fried. Truly a noble establisment.

Ok. A little dingy and small. Staff are friendly and helpful and seem to be doing the best they can given the sheer volume of touristy types that walk into this outlet on a daily basis. Payment options didn't all work when I visited and it was a good thing that I had a physical credit card on me the evening that I visited. Great option to just get a meal to go and enjoy it on the beach just across the way. This is the end of Kalakaua that tends to see more homeless. About a 10-15 min leisurely walk from the Royal Hawaiian Center.

Quite small on the inside and doesn't always seem super clean and tidy. I recommend going elsewhere for food when you're staying in Waikiki, there are definitely better places.

This had to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! All the workers just looked miserable, there was no greeting, the cashier never gave me my order number just placed the receipt in the drink tray. The burgers had so much mayo on it, and the chicken was dry. One would expect great customer service from BK in Waikiki, but this location didn’t even come close!So much for the Aloha Spirit 👎ðŸ¼

Staff needs some work. More efficient staff will make the customer experience much better. This is a HIGH tourist traffic location. A quick staff will make dealing with this kind of clientele a lot easier. Good luck.

Something is wrong with their food, had a impossible burger meal, all night was having some itch all over my body, something is allergic, I doubt their staff to maintain hyginity.

Ordered 2 Original Chicken sandwich onion rings and a shake. Saw dropped on the floor. they remade it for me. I asked what would happen to the ones dropped on the floor? Reply in broken English "throw away" I sat outside and watched the next person ordering the special 2 for 7$ chicken sandwhich be served the ones that were on the floor. Hope the floor had been recently cleaned.

Super small location, staff isn’t friendly, especially the bigger woman who works the register with a topknot bun and has a perpetual bad attitude. Always a long wait and for a small dining area it’s usually dirty.

I mean it's Burger King lol. I have a pallet that loves trash food and Burger King does it for me lol. Super hot inside, seems like no one has heard of AC. Other than that, nice staff.

Burger was alright and i guess that's what matters.. but the lady with the top bun could not be any less interested in being there. It felt like we were truly an inconvenience for her. I thought maybe it was because it was nearly closing time but when i read other review i realized that it seems to be a pattern for her.. maybe BK should consider NOT having her serve at the checkout counter. I dont live in the area, lucky for BK because if i was a local i wouldn't go back.. EVER!!

Very good location with limited tables under tree shades overlooking Waikiki Beach across the street. Prices about 30 % higher than mainland USA. Fries were tasty
